インターンシップ
インターンシップの期間中、皆さんは当社の投資戦略会議に参加することができます。そこでは第一線で活躍するポートフォリオマネージャーの市場展望や、経験豊富なアナリストによる企業調査の視点に触れることになるでしょう。また、多種多様なセクターをカバーするピンポイントの運用チームと共同で運用業務にあたる機会も得られます。活動としては、ポートフォリオマネージャーやシニアアナリストの指導の下、実際の調査業務を行います。当社における投資プロセスを直接経験していただくことによって、実務に即した経験を得ることができるはずです。

Clear Career Path:
• Research Intern: Take your first step in investment research under the guidance of Portfolio Man agers
• Analyst: Directly guided by the CIO and systematically study various companies and industries . Participate in investment decision making from a savvy investor 's perspective
• Senior Analyst: Thoroughly study industries and companies and independently perform valuationmodeling, data tracking and stock picking
• Paper Trading: Run a paper portfolio to experience the actual feeling of managing money and
execute order independently. Learn from the market, adjusting portfolio through volatilities and form your own investment style
• Real Trading: Start from small, experience real trading and portfolio management.
• Portfolio Manager: Manage sizeable book and establish your own investment and research team.

正式入社後のキャリアについて
ピンポイントには、明確なキャリアパスがあります。
１． リサーチアソシエイト
最初のステップとして、新入社員はポートフォリオマネージャーの指導の下、独立して投資情報の調査にあたります。

２． アナリスト
アソシエイトとして経験を積んだ後は、アナリストとしてCIOの直接指導の下で様々な企業や業界の調査方法を効率的に学ぶことができます。

３．シニアアナリスト
その後更に経験を積み、特定の業界、企業について理解を深めることで、株式のバリュエーション（株式価値の評価）、業績モデルの作成、データの収集や銘柄選別を独立して行うシニアアナリストとなります。
４． 仮想ポートフォリオの運用
アナリストとして十分に経験を積んだ後、実際に資金運用を行い、自ら投資判断を行う感覚を養うために仮想ポートフォリオの運用を行います。このプロセスで、マーケットの文脈を読み取り、その変動の中でリスクをコントロールする術を学び、自らの運用戦略を築き上げることになります。
５． 実際のポートフォリオ運用
仮想ポートフォリオで十分に経験を積んだら、いよいよ実際のポートフォリオ運用が始まります。少額の資金からスタートし、自分自身の判断の下で実際に資金を運用することになります。
６． ポートフォリオマネージャー
実際のポートフォリオ運用で十分な成績を残した暁には、晴れてポートフォリオマネージャーの仲間入りです。大きな資金額を運用し、アナリストを採用して自分自身の運用チームを持つことも可能です。

Requirements:
• 2022-2024 graduates with a master’s degree or above
• For hiring located in Tokyo, Fluency in Japanese and English is required
• With trainings (during undergrad or graduate) in Mathematics, Statistics, Financial
Engineering, Electronic Information, Engineering, Data Analysis, Finance and other
related majors;
• Can use logical thinking and mathematical thinking to analyze problems;
• Solve problems independently, eager to new knowledge, and delve into the roots;
• Excellent multi-task ability and stress resistance;
• Willing to take challenges and facing up to difficulties;
• Full of passion and interest in the secondary market, especially the hedge fund
industry;
• Desire to be a hedge fund manager.

＜応募要件＞
・2022 - 2022 年に修士、あるいは博士課程を卒業予定であること
・東京オフィスで勤務することができ、日本語と英語でのコミュニケーションが可能であること
・数学、統計学、金融工学、情報技術、工学、データ分析、経済学およびこれらに関連する学科を専攻していること
・問題解決において論理的・数理的なアプローチを駆使できること
・自立して問題解決にあたり、知的好奇心が旺盛で、物事の本質を深く突き詰めて考えられること
・プレッシャーに負けず、複数のタスクを同時並行してこなせること
・困難に進んで立ち向かい、それを克服しようとする意欲があること
・株式マーケットでリターンをあげることに強い情熱をもって取組み、ヘッジファンド業界でキャリアを形成していきたいと考えていること
